All orders, including expedited shipping, have a 3-5 business day processing time in addition to estimated delivery time.
Domestic Orders
Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days from purchase, a tracking number will be provided for your shipment.
For standard shipping, packages generally take anywhere from 2-3 business days (AFTER FULFILLMENT) to reach its destination.
For express shipping, packages generally take anywhere from 1-2 business days depending on area or region (AFTER FULFILLMENT) to reach its destination.

Beautifully Golden LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
Beautifully Golden, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once it leaves our facility it is no longer our responsibility. A tracking number is provided to follow and track your package. If your package states delivered on the USPS site and you didn’t receive it, please contact your local USPS office for more information.

All product items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by the shipping courier.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. At Beautifully Golden LLC we value our clients and strive to provide quality products and services, so if there is an issue with an order and Beautifully Golden is at fault we will replace the incorrect item and get the updated order back to you once fulfilled.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NAILS
1.) To measure for a custom fit you will need measuring tape and/or tape and a ruler.
2.) Hold measuring tape across the widest part of your natural nail to measure sidewall to sidewall in millimeters.
3.) If using tape, place tape over the widest part of your natural nail.
4.) Press tape into the sidewalls and mark each side.
5.) Remove tape from the nail and place tape over the ruler's millimeter side to gather measurement.

So if you have another look in mind send us what you like.
Pictures are preferred along with the shape and length you prefer.
Communication will remain open with the nail artist and customer to ensure the desired look is achieved.
An invoice will be sent to client for payment before the order is fulfilled.
